I just stayed here because of the pool which is of a length suitable for lap swimming. Otherwise the rooms are average - should have a tea kettle or coffee maker at least. The location is great, a nice bairro, mostly residential but with lots of barzinhos and restaurants and markets close by. It is also convenient for the Metrô.

We stayed at Quality Suites for the Formula 1 GP in Interlagos. The hotel is near tons of amazing shopping and eating near by. The metro was easily accessible by walking down the street (10 min walk) The rooms are a bit dated but affordable and we will definitely be stay again.

This hotel is located in a convenient part of town with bus and metro access close by. The rooms were a little dated but clean. I wish they offered an empty fridge rather than one full of things to purchase. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Fernanda, the person in charge of my floor was wonderful! Muito obrigada.

A nice hotel!

A good hotel. Not insulated doors so loud if someone walked past in the hallway with a suitcase. But not a problem at night. A bit dated, but in general quite well kept and clean. Staff was nice and friendly, but to get a top score I expect everyone to speak at least English. They had one or two speaking English. Tourism-industry is language dependent.

Ótima localização. Mas quarto/banheiro apertado

O hotel tem excelente localização na Oscar Freire. Mas o banheiro do quarto é minúsculo. E a cama fica bem rente a porta do banheiro e da privada. Situação desconfortável. Não gostei. Bom café da manhã, mas o salão é apertado também. Improvisaram uma sala de reuniões. Linda piscina na cobertura. Funcionários educados. Se vc não precisa ficar na Oscar Freire há oportunidades melhores.

Bom, mas precisa manutenção!

No geral está bom, mas necessita alguns reparos de manutenção. Tivemos que mudar de apartamento pois a ducha higiênica não funcionava; no segundo apartamento só a podíamos ligar dentro do vado sanitário, senão dávamos um “banho” literal em tudo. Café da manhã também pode ser melhorado.

Ótima localização, rua tranquila para SP. Atendimento educado, quartos limpos e silenciosos. Cama grande e confortável. Chuveiro com boa pressão e temperatura. Café da manhã bem servido, com boa variedade. Durante estadia, o café era em um ambiente improvisado, pois estava em reforma. Recomendo colocar o aviso na maçaneta para a equipe de limpeza não chamar à porta pela manhã para realizar limpeza do quarto

O hotel é muito bem localizado e os quartos são confortáveis. Mas ficamos com a sensação que o hotel era falindo rsrs Viemos num final de semana do The Town, chegamos no hotel às 17h (o check in era às 14h) e ainda não tinha quarto limpo! Reclamamos bastante até que nos deram um upgrade. No dia seguinte, no café da minha, não tinha pratos, facas, xícaras, e nem funcionários para repor. Foi um caos!
