Razoável. Não é padrão da rede Transamerica. Hotel com estrutura antiga, não é bem localizado e não funciona a internet e consequentemente a smart Tv. Ligamos para solicitar apoio a internet e a resposta foi que como a rede é aberta o sinal é ruim mesmo e não tem o que fazer. Não conseguimos assistir Tv nenhum dia.

Fui participar de um evento na FAPCOM, (Faculdade Paulus de Comunicação) que fica muito perto do Hotel, e cheguei no no hotel de metro vindo da Rodoviária terminal Tietê. A estação Vila Mariana dista menos do que 300m metros do hotel

Internet e atendimento ruim

O hotel é bom mas a internet não funciona. Impossível até mesmo para usar no celular. Tem smart Tv porém não conseguimos usar devido a internet. Ligamos para pedir ajuda e a resposta foi simplesmente que não tem o que fazer porque a internet é aberta e tem muita gente usando. A limpeza é razoável.

Unica coisa boa, é a localização

Manutenção do quarto ruim, toalhas de banho parecem uma lixa, já passou o tempo de ir para o lixo. Cafe da manha, ar condicionado vazando sobre as mesas, o horário do café é ate as 10:00 mas 09:30 ja esta faltando varios itens e nao repõem, inclusive pao , o cafe é pessimo, solicitei um expresso e foi cobrado pelo mesmo.

Für eine Nacht ok

Business Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. Zimmer sind in Ordnung aber sehr laut da gegenüber von einer sehr befahrenen Straße. Mitarbeiter freundlich. Preisleistungsverhältnis ist ok. Es gibt schlimmere Hoteld für den gleichen Preis, aber auch einige die viel besser sind.

Atendimento dos funcionários excelente. No entanto, o quarto é mediano. Manchas na parede (riscos), além de manchas no piso do banheiro. Tivemos problemas no acesso do quarto - cartão trocado gentilmente. O salão do café da manhã está adaptado mas poderia ter um cuidado um pouco melhor.

Passei momentos de horror, café da manhã desprezível, apartamento confortável mas sem condições de uso por conta dos problemas com o ar condicionado. Solicitei manutenção algumas vezes, o ar condicionado estava vazando água, molhou toda minha roupa por duas vezes e não tive nenhum suporte quanto a isso. Após duas noites sem dormir fui transferido para outro apartamento em que o ar também não funcionou. Transferido novamente após muitas queixas , consegui dormir duas noites das cinco que fiquei
