OK, but wouldn’t go back

Slow check-in, first bedroom given to us was not ready or available (it was in maintenance but the concierge didn’t know about it). Once we got told new bedroom, none of the soap dispensers worked so we had to call housekeeping right away. The second day, the bed headboard fell (nobody was injured) but they fixed it in short time after we informed reception (good job by the housekeeping team). The pool wasn’t available and the pizza oven in the restaurant was in maintenance. Breakfast was good. Valet parking (additional fee) was prompt and reliable. Noisy room: we could hear lots of noise from the street and corridors.

Hotel razoável na minha opinião. Acredito que eles estão passando por uma transição. Equipe de funcionários muito “verde”, precisando ser investido em atendimento. O hotel deve ter passado por uma reforma. Porém o corredor do meu apartamento estava bem escuro com portas a serem pintadas. Não causou um boa impressão.

Hotel Transamérica Nova Paulista.

O hotel tem instalações antigas e os quartos são bem simples, o que não justifica o preço cobrado. O conforto é limitado: o teto do banheiro do meu quarto estava com mofo e o café da manhã é fraco. Além disso, os quartos são muito próximos e o isolamento acústico é ruim, com bastante barulho — inclusive de funcionários conversando alto no corredor. No dia da minha chegada, ainda havia uma manutenção acontecendo em um horário nada adequado, o que foi bastante incômodo. As instalações são mal acabadas, com mobiliário feio e pouco cuidado nos detalhes. O único ponto positivo é a localização, razoavelmente próxima ao metrô, mas sem muitas opções de comércio por perto, o que obriga a andar bastante para encontrar algo. Os funcionários da recepção são bem educados. Uma observação: deixei um aviso que não arrumasse meu quarto, entrasse e no 3° dia lá, entraram no meu quarto. No geral, não gostei e não considero que ofereça um bom custo-benefício.

Caríssimo para o que oferece

Piscina, vazia e cheia de lixo. Academia l Pequena. Problemas na limpeza do quarto porque não tem placa para pedir limpeza. O código da limpeza é deixar a placa virada com a frase em inglês: VOLTE MAIS TARDE. Daí eles entram e limpam. Pendurei a placa das toalhas para troca na porta e não trocaram porque estava na porta e não em cima da cama. Enfim, um descaso e a moça da recepção ainda veio bater no quarto querendo estar certa. 700 reais ou mais uma diária para oferecer um serviço ruim e quando entramos com early checkin, o quarto cheio de poeira e sujeira branca, papel no chão, cabelo....

Hotel próximo ao transporte. Público de fácil acesso tanto ônibus quanto metro. Café da manhã delicioso . Atendimento ágil e prestativo. Único problema e piscina que não estava funcionando mas pra mim não chega ponto negativo nunca uso mesmo.
