The front desk stuff was nice, but I was there with a group of people from a TV reality show that took my privacy. They were rude and noisy plus one day, they didn't allowed my room service to be done, all hallway was dark including safety lights was turned off, If you need I have a video to prove the situation.

O quarto é confortável e estava bem limpo, a cama é grande e o chuveiro funciona muito bem. Fomos bem atendidos por todos! O café da manhã tem pouquíssima variedade e fica num espaço que não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes. Não tinha xícara e pratos, e também tivemos que solicitar os talheres. O estacionamento também é muito confuso, pois o hotel fica dentro de um espaço onde antes funciona um shopping.

O café da manhã e bem fraco, outra coisa muito estranha querer cobrar uma diária a mais somente porque queria já deixar o carro no estacionamento antes do check in, por este motivo queriam cobrar 1 diária a mais. Controle de consumo falho, queriam me cobra coisas que nem consumi.
