De chorar de ruim

Horrível. Vou citar alguns dos problemas... Roupa de cama, manchada, encardida. Toalhas da cor do pano de chão de encardidas. Não tive coragem de usar. Paredes divisorias dos quartos não preparadas acusticamente, eu ouvia as conversas, tv dos dois quartos vizinhos, impossível descansar. Os hóspedes do quarto 305, transaram e a parede balançava acordei com barulho. Sem condições nenhuma de receber pessoas descentes. O valor da diária foi R$271.00. Não recomendo. Nunca mais fico em qualquer hotel no Brás.

Na entrada, inicialmente a recepção 911h30min) não localizou a reserva, no sistema do Hotel. Foi necessário mostrar e-mail confirmando, deixamos as malas no garda volumes, e somente ao retornarmos ás 14h nossa reserva apareceu no sistema. Essa foi a unica intercorrência negativa.

Pior custo benefício do mundo. Sujo, caro e ruim

Fujam!!! Nunca tive uma experiência tão ruim e cara como no Hotel Travel Inn Brás, reservado pela Hoteis.com. Hotel mal sinalizado. Ao chegar, pedi para trocar o quarto por um de cama única, já que a outra pessoa não viria. O recepcionista recusou, o que entendi, mas logo depois me passou um valor quase R$100 acima do site, dizendo depois que "tinha visto errado". O estacionamento, que não é claramente informado como pago, foi descoberto só porque ouvi outro hóspede falar. Além disso, o local é sujo, com goteiras, mau cheiro, barro e lixo espalhado. Tenho foto de tudo. O quarto parecia abandonado: chão com defeito, cortinas manchadas e fedendo cigarro, parede suja, toalha manchada, pia solta, e chuveiro que não para de pingar. Muito barulho no andar, impossibilitando reunião ou descanso. Após tudo isso, pedi um local para esquentar uma marmita e fui informado de que só seria possível no quiosque, com cobrança adicional. A conexão wi-fi é péssima e instável. O café da manhã é fraco, pouca variedade, comida fria e louça suja. Quase R$1000 por duas diárias e ainda tive que pagar estacionamento, ouvir barulho, lidar com a sujeira do quarto, não ter acesso básico a micro-ondas e lidar com wi-fi precário. Se fosse um hotel baratinho, até entenderia. Mas 1000 reais por isso foi roubo. Ainda tendo que pagar estacionamento, microondas e banheiro na área comum. Os atendentes são totalmente desinteressados. Nada é "com eles". Um absurdo completo. O consumidor merece respeito.
