A limpeza deixou o pouco a desejar, o quarto tinha cabelos de hóspedes anteriores e tinham bichos mortos, inclusive no teto da suíte duplex, a banheira de hidro não ligava, depois de muito tempo fiz ele Ligar, porém não desligava, o atendimento do jantar foi impecável, como da piscina também, mas o do café da manhã deixou a deeejar, a variedade do café da manhã era boa, como os ingrediente também.

Boa estrutura, moderno e bucolico

Hotel moderno, muito charmoso e romantico. Estrutura muito especial por ter muito a natureza bucolica ao seu redor. Estrutura de esportes boa com sala ginastica, tenis, beach tenis e quadrinha de futebol muito bons. Singular a adega e sauna na piscina.Tudo muito otimo mas no ultimo cafe da manha os pedidos do cardapio atrasaram por um bom tempo o que criou um pequeno desconforto.

Uma experiência incrível.

Foi uma experiência INCRÍVEL a hospedagem no NOR. Desde a recepção, atendimento cordial do mensageiro que nos levava até o quarto com as malas, a limpeza impecável do quarto e amenidades deixadas com tamanho cuidado. O hotel é lindíssimo, o caminho entre as suítes já era um passeio agradável. As áreas comuns, piscina, jardins… tudo muito bem organizado. O café da manhã, delicioso, com opções na pista e servidos na mesa por um menu - o ovo Nor é surpreendente. O restaurante, uma avaliação a parte: a comida impecável, o steak tartare e o polvo são dignos de nota, e atendimento também maravilhoso que tivemos dos garçons que nos atendeu Marcos e Jessica. Fiz uma massagem no spa loccitane, com a técnica de aromacologia, e fechou com chave de ouro.

Estadia tranquila mas o hotel precisa aprimorar mais alguns serviços e estar sempre preocupado com os hóspedes. Pessoal da limpeza arrumando o banheiro que fica junto a mesas no restaurante na hora do café da manhã não fica muito bem. Precisam melhorar. A jacuzzi no quarto fica inativa. Durante o dia um calor terrível e a noite um friozinho desagradável. Seria melhor se a área fosse fechada sem a luz do sol e vedaria o frio a noite. Pessoal de atendimento no restaurante precisa ficar atento aos hóspedes.

Local muito agradável , apenas um detalhe , não pude usar a cama , que fica na parte de cima do chalé , pois como levanto a noite para usar o banheiro e a escada para descer é grande , tive que dormir no sofá.

Precisa melhorar a qualidade e hospitalidade

O hotel é lindo mas tem muita para melhorar, o preço é de hotel de luxo porém a entrega deixa muito a desejar. Foi um final de semana para comemorar o aniversário do meu marido, o hotel ficou podando árvores por todo o sábado impedindo de termos um dia relaxante (na minha opinião deveriam ter inutilizado a quadra de beach tennis e deixar a poda para um dia de menos movimento no hotel) devido ao barulho da serra. O registro de ligar e desligar o chuveiro estava quebrado e caia toda hora no chão. Café da manhã bom porém opções de almoço e jantar não estão a altura do que o hotel se propõe. Encomendei um bolo para o aniversário do meu marido com o hotel, deixaram no quarto e não se preocuparam de ligar o ar condicionado consequentemente o bolo estava derretido, pra melhorar pedi para guardá-lo na geladeira, o atendente pediu para mandar no whatsapp o qual fiz imediatamente e na hora de ir embora disseram que a governança havia jogado o bolo fora, devolveram o dinheiro mas a falta de hospitalidade é grande.
