"On ne peut rien apprécier dans ce pseudo 5*. Hôtel insalubre , literie infecte , piscine sale et non sécurisée, nuisance sonore... et j en passe . Le personnel essaye de faire de son mieux, mais les moyens manquent ....pour ce prix on peut avoir beaucoup mieux...ce qui est extraordinaire c est qu'en discutant avec d autres clients les critiques étaient les mêmes ... inacceptable pour un 5*"

"J’avais reservé.une suite et le directeur de l’hotel ne voulait pas nous la.donner , il a fallut que la personne de l’accueil insiste . Malgre que nous avions reservé pour 5 . Il nous a donné une chambre pour 4 . Voir l’etat de la.suite qui est catastrophique . Autre chose la musique dans la.musique est olus forte qu’en boite de nuit impossible de se reposer . "Upon arrival, total chaos. Lots of yelling and complaining from about 15 costumers unhappy with the rooms’ allotments. It took a while to get rooms. Elevator broken. We had to carry suitcases up 3 floors, same yelling and disputes among some residents for space and line-ups, and between residents and management. Stale food. Some costumers handle food with bare hands then return it. The rooms are not in the best shape. Some residents leave clothing items on lawnchairs for the length of their stay making them unavailable for others. Not a good place for having a rest."
