Kaliteli bir yerden berbat bir yere
Resepsiyon da bulunan arkadaş gerçekten çok kötü biri, nasıl böyle biri resepsiyonda tutuyorlar.. Saygısız, kaba, cahil ve ne dediğini bilmiyor, bunun üstüne odalara çıkıyorsunuz çarşaflar pisli, oda da koltuklar leş gibi, yetmedi banyoda şifon çalışmıyor, banyo duşakabin ve içi pislikten kir bağlamış. Yazık, yıllar önce tanıştığım sist34 otel le şuankinin hiç bir alakası yok... gidilecek bir yer değil..

Akşam 11'e kadar sıcak su gelmesini bekledik .Temizliği ve konforu iyiydi ama hizmet için aynı şeyi söyleyemem . İstediğiniz kadar geç giriş yapın ama 10 dk geç çıkış yapın ek ücret talep ediliyor . Saolsunlar yardımcı olup o fazla ücreti almadılar.

Booked room with a kitchen when checked in turned out that room was given to someone else. Check in was pain in the bum. Receptionist wasn't helpful at all. In the morning there was another receptionist Cihan bey who was very polite and helpful. The room on the ground floor was icky everything was broken and at night was very noisy. The next day we moved to room on the first floor with the kitchen. It was better and not noisy but not enough equipment in the kitchen to cook.

Tesis dus alip uyuyacak bir yer arayanlar icin ideal ortalama bir yer. Cevreyi gezmek icin gelip burada konaklayacaksaniz araciniz olmasi gerekli cunku konum olarak cok olmasa da biraz merkeze uzak. Fakat aracinizla geldiyseniz hem kocaeline hem sakaryaya aracla cok yakin bir konumda. Sigara icilebilir odalarinin olmasi guzel. Konaklama turu sadece oda olsa da disaridan yemek siparis edilmesine izin veriyorlar. Herkes butcesine uygun sekilde karnini doyurabilir. Odemeyi online yaptiysaniz checkin yaparken odeme yaptiginizi goremeyebiliyorlar ama bu sorun kisa bir sure icinde cozuluyor. Kaldigimiz odanin sifonu calismiyordu odamizin tek sorunu buydu. Her gun oda temizligi yapilmiyor. Sakin ve keyifli bi konaklama gecirdik.

Temiz bir konaklama geçirdik.
Otelin temizliği beni çok şaşırttı. Temiz ve düzenli bir odaydı. Tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel olarak tüm görevlilerle ve gülen yüzlerine tesekkür ederim. Mavi durağa max. 10 dk da ulaşabilirsiniz. Kesinlikle tercih edilebilir.
