"All was very nice. Easy parking, bright and welcoming. Love the extra touch of an ice machine The lobby with all the media to watch. Plenty of room to just sit and play games and the Foosball tables.. plenty of complimentary coffee too! The breakfast buffet was very good as well and managed very closely. "

"Such a bad experience that we left and went to another hotel and lost the $400 that we had already paid to Comfort Suites. Staff was rude and unhelpful and showed visible annoyance when we requested extra bedding. The “mattress” on the couch bed wasn’t a mattress at all, only a very thin pad. It was so uncomfortable that my kids chose to sleep on the floor instead. The pool was small and so over-chlorinated that we didn’t want our kids to swim in it. The gym had no equipment in it at all and was instead being used for storage. The bathroom door stuck and had to yanked and maneuvered to opened and closed. For all this, we were charged over $200 per night. As I said at the beginning, we were so disappointed by the quality of this hotel that we checked out after one night, lost what we had already paid, and checked into the Marriott up the road."

"The room and bathroom were big. Both were clean as was the rest of the facility. Know that there is no easy path between the parking garage (available for $5 per day), so be sure to get what you need unloaded at check-in. And you will need your room key to get into the parking garage. Location is convenient to anything downtown Columbia and MU."
