The rooms are clean and modern and larger than some considering it is a stop-over hotel. There was hardly anyone else staying in the hotel. It has good bus links to the centre.

Hotel was great, just lacking air conditioning due to the extreme heat. Perfect location and very comfy beds and good bathroom

Very nice staff, unfortunately they were rebuilding on the first floor which lead to no breakfast area. They did serve breakfast in the rooms.

Initial trouble with wifi which staff worked hard to resolve, successfully. Also moved to lower floor rooms - lift only goes up x3 floors of a x4 floor building. Surprisingly quiet until nearby warehouses open for loading early in the morning - but at least you get down to breakfast in good time. By no means luxury but it did the job, thank you.

Great place to stay for The Tour

We arrived very late (well early AM) after travelling from the ferry to catch The Tour. Hotel staff opened the hotel to allow us to check in. Room was perfectly appointed and particularly enjoyed the coffee machine this morning.

A l'arrivée la chambre attribuée était une chambre double au lieu d'une quadruple Il a fallu insisté auprès du réceptionniste pour avoir la bonne chambre. quand nous avons notre chambre, la bouche de ventilation de la salle de bain tombée au sol, le flacon de gel douche totalement vide, 2 serviettes pour une chambre quadruple et même pas de tapis a mettre devant la douche, donc sol inondé. Salle de bain mouchoir de poche, le wc est a moitié sous le lavabo et le PQ caché sous le lavabo Je connais cette chaine et c'est la première fois que j'ai une chambre aussi médiocre, sans compté le bruit de la route qui passe sous la fenetre

Chèques vacances refusés alors que c'était noté accepté lors de la réservation Chambre sale, table de chevet manquante et déposée dans l'entrée, auréoles sur le lit, poubelle de salle de bain rouillée et poussiéreuse, TV qui ne fonctionne pas. Le supplément pour mon chien n'a pas été facturé au prix indiqué, mais au triple! Après échange avec la direction, aucun geste commercial n'a été fait. FUYEZ

Hôtel a fuir !

La chambre d'hôtel était salle. On a retrouvé des poils dans le lit et dans la douche. Je trouve cela honteux. Le personnel de l'accueil nous demande pas si nous avons passé un bon séjour car il sait que son établissement est déplorable. De belle photo mais en réalité c'est honteux. A fuir absolument.

Problème d'insonorisation et de voisinage

J'étais au début très satisfait du rapport qualité prix mais l'hôtel souffre de problèmes d'insonorisation importants. Nous avons souffert de la presence dans l'hôtel de personnes ne respectant pas la tranquillité et le sommeil des autres voyageurs sans personne pour les recadrer. Discussions, ou plutôt brailleries dans les couloirs à 2 heures du matin, cris et ébats orgasmiques dignes du zoo de Thoiry... Non merci.
