Unique Place to Stay

Great place and super nice hotel. Great views and the infinity pool was awesome. Just a small hike from the boardwalk with all the shops but plenty of food everywhere

Breakfast was great, continental and english bfast was provided with pork and chicken served separately. We really wanted to use the pool only to be told that it had been drained. The service was great and he offered spa facilities, the problem is we were checking out at 10am and the spa opens at 1pm so couldn’t make use of it. Clean modern room. The bathroom had stains around the sink which wasn’t pleasant to look at. Visited mid October and they said air con has been switched to only provide hot air for the entire building. There was suppose to be a mini bar in the fridge but it was completely empty so make sure you check this/ tell them in advance if this is the case to avoid getting charged. Overall, modern and clean room. However, not good value for money because so many facilities that were suppose to be included weren’t available.

The hotel was good , the rooms clean and the staff were very pleasant, my only issue was that it wasn’t made clear that most of the facilities were closed because of the season, the main bars were closed, the main restaurant was closed and they wouldn’t even make cocktails at the only bar that was open. The surrounding area was closed but decent bars and restaurants were open in the main town.

The staff is rude : doesn't Say hello and respond when we Say it. They give us only one room card for 3 adults in the room and refused to give another which created issues and inconfort. During the breakfast, they are harcelling us to take the vessels and dont let us finish to get ouf breakfast in calm. The swimming pool in picture used for promotion is billeable 25euros. Overall i dont recommend the stay, for this Price we Can expect a better experience and services from the staff

When checking in and seeing what our room options were, we wanted to cancel our booking immediately. The rooms are not the cleanest, and had a problem with hot water at one point. There were stains on the coffee table that the house keeper wouldn’t wipe, the floors looked and felt dirty, the couches looked like there never been cleaned. The room upgrade was a waste of money as the room was very small, view was OK, the beach in the property is very small and not at all what I expected. When we tried to cancel our booking we were told we wouldn’t get a full refund and would lose the 1 night stay as penalty. When asking for cancellation confirmation the staff member was rude, wouldn’t provide a receipt, kept rolling his eyes and he spoke in a very low tone, I could barely hear him. Because he wouldn’t provide cancellation confirmation, we decided to stay as we thought Expedia won’t provide the rest of the refund without proof!! The hallways are very musty, the carpets are so dirty and stained. Breakfast was OK, coffee was extra and not included, it was €4/coffee may I add. I would never stay here again!
