His warm and cheerful demeanor engaged us upon check-in and started our stay in a very positive light. He was very quick to answer any inquiries, share local insight, and offer resolution. Very hands-on and respectful! He was also observed being very consistent in his affect and approach with other guests. Ben was a superb representation of excellent customer service and care.”

“The property is conveniently located in the heart of Lake George Village, making it easy to walk into town and by the lake. The docks on the lake offer beautiful views and the pool area was well maintained. My only complaint is that our room had a large number of flies that never seemed to stop appearing. Otherwise the property is clean and well maintained with a courteous and friendly staff.”

“My husband and I were here for a concert, hotel was older but beautifully maintained. Check in was great, parking was easy. The elevator stopped working, but again we understand the age of the hotel and disregarded the inconvenience. I wish i had more time here to learn the history and explore. We will definitely be back! Unfortunately upon check out I purchased a mountain dew in the lobbys convenience store area, i opened it took a sip to find out not only was it flat but there was particles...
