“WATER EMERGENCY. Located on the edge of town with short walk to anything needed. I booked a 2 night stay, but only stayed one night because I became aware of an island-wide water emergency during the stay. The bathroom smelled terrible. Not sure if this was related to the water emergency or not. This was not communicated in the listing or check in instructions. Only when specifically asked about it did the property manager say the water was safe for hygeine, which contradicted local reports...

“This was a great hotel. We got the penthouse suite which had it's own huge balcony and hot tub. The room itself was small but cozy. The bed was comfortable. Good linens and towels. The wifi was a little spotty but no complaints besides that. Make sure you get breakfast. It was incredible. Good staff.”

“Don’t stay there!!! Make sure to check out all the bad reviews before you book. My experience was quite unpleasant due to the manager's odd and impolite behavior. If you look at the sarcastic and rude replies to feedbacks, you'll get the full story. When you request a taxi, they just call their buddy who charges you twice as much.”

The room was impeccably clean and the breakfast was delicious (especially the homemade orange bread).
