So the first thing that was unusual is that the charge to my credit card was in Euros. I was not expecting that. It resulted in additional charges on my credit card for foreign transaction fess. Secondly, the listing has a title that states "Entire Home - You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party" but it is clearly just the basement suite. For the money the accommodation was comfortable and quiet with the only exception being a smoke alarm that went off one morning. They could use a few more kitchen items (cutting board) and repair some of the cupboard hinges. They did have coffee pods and bottled water in the fridge which was a nice touch. Over, good value for the money.
