Me and my family of 12 stayed there for a weekend, as we had a family wedding in Grenoble. The staff was kind and attentive, we had a family dinner in the restaurant and they kept it open until past midnight for us to finish dinner. Also, they allowed us to enter the pool before the opening hour and sell us coffees the day we departure, even if it was past the breakfast time. The AC worked very well in all rooms, which was extremely necessary due to the high temperatures in August. The hotel is located in a quiet area and provides parking spaces and dogs are allowed! I take a London-Barcelona trip by car at least twice a year, crossing all France, and this is the first French hotel where we found kind and helpful staff, which was an amazing surprise. Overall I would recommend the hotel for a comfortable family stay.

Très bien. Bon accueil. la chambre rien à redire, le petit déjeuner pareil. le parking est complet chaque soir, il manque quelques places par rapport au nombre de chambres. Mais on fait avec.

Hôtel Plutôt , agréable bien placé à l’entrée de Grenoble mais aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement général, notamment des chambres. Le restaurant est plutôt très sympa et sert des produits frais d’excellentes qualité. L’accueil est très correct.

Pas reposant

Partir plus fatigué qu'à l'arrivée, gros problème d'insonorisation on vie avec tous les voisins, même ceux du dessus. Bruits des personnes qui vont aux toilettes, on peux presque comprendre les conversations. Si vous avez un ronfleur votre nuit est ruinée. Restaurant moyen, les plats n'ont pas de saveurs. Le service très long. L'hôtel est propre et le personnel agréable.

Aldrig rekommenderas

Rummet 110 har mycket mögeln i innertak och det luktade starkt fukt och mögeln hela rummet. Toa golvet är alldeles blött, förmodligen vatten läka. Har sovit knappt för vill inte ligga mig på sängen.

J'ai découvert cet hôtel lors d'un déplacement professionnel et j'avais fait mon choix du fait des commentaires élogieux. J'ai séjourné dans la chambre 106 au rdc. Chambre imprégnée d'humidité avec des traces de moisissures à proximité de la fenêtre et sur le mur, avec également des colocataires sous la forme de trois araignées. J'ai informé le personnel qui semblait surpris de ma déclaration. Honnêtement, si la chambre a été occupée précédemment, il me semble bizarre que cela n'ai pas été signalé. Heureusement que je ne suis resté qu'une nuit.
