The people on reception couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and always had a smile. There is a lovely walled garden at the rear where we ate breakfast. "The room was a long way up on the second floor. No lift and very steep final flight of stairs. The curtain was not hung properly and the WC (and therefore the rest of the small room) was very smelly. The fire alarm went off just as i was getting to sleep and we were all out on the pavement for an hour, en deshabille. "
