"Hotel was very nice and clean. Rooms were tidied everyday and had fresh towels daily. Walls are a bit thin as I could hear TV and phone conversation next door. Location was very close to many things in the historic district with a hop on/off trolley stop right across the street. The staff was very kind and friendly. Free breakfast is a plus. Parking offered is valet and expensive at @$50 a day. Valet service is a bit slow so request your car early."

"This is an historic hotel that is nicely located in the center of everything. Only a few blocks from the bustling River St. and within walking distance of many other prime spots. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The best part was the 4 o'clock gathering in the lobby with a live pianist playing some old favorites. This was held every week day along with wine and cheese. Exceptionally pleasant! Southern style hospitality."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful and amazing and met our expectations. The facility was so clean and everything was set up perfectly. Anything we needed they accommodated quickly and with a smile. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The views were also amazing and a great location to everything including downtown. We walked everywhere from here. We were always greeted with a smile and were always asked if we needed anything. LOVED IT!!!"

"All I will say is that I had a problem the first night and the staff took care of it as soon as they were notified. The manager called me the next day to make sure everything was okay. Service was good, the staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was typical fare. I would recommend as an affordable accommodation. Walking distance to many restaurants and the trolley for tours."

"No mini fridge’s in rooms or ice bucket. I have a medical condition that requires my medication to be refrigerated. When I expressed my dissatisfaction the girls at the front desk were very apologetic and offered to have a mini fridge brought up. I told them no need but an ice bucket would be sufficient. They quickly fetched a bucket and filled it with ice for me. Front desk service was outstanding. We found the room itself was complicated. Why do you need to put a card in the wall slot inside the room to operate the lights? Towel bars and/ hooks in the bathroom shower would be nice. There’s no place to put wet towels besides the floor! Room was a tad small but it served its purpose. The gathering area on each floor is a great meeting space with large screen TV and games. The coffee in room was not our favorite (pour and seep). Would’ve preferred a coffee maker. Location was great, not far from the river, parking garage across the street, shops and restaurants galore. The concept has just been open for 30 or so days. Extremely clean, and the roof top bar & pool area was fantastic. Even with the positive aeration pointed out, we probably will not return, only because we are a retired elderly (hate it admit) that likes things simple. Younger generations would probably love it more than us. Regardless, our 3 night stay in Savannah was great"
