There were 2 large cockroaches. One in the bedroom one the wall beside the bed, and one in the washroom. Killed one but couldn’t get the other one. I didn’t sleep all night. Was worried one would come onto the bed. Was hoping to rest and sleep, but didn’t rest at all.

Walking distance to everything in the historic area. 2 sound machines drown out the street noise. I would only suggest blackout shades because there is an outside light that shines through the windows.

This is a nice place to stay. It is easy to park in the garage just across the street and get around by walking. In a review I saw someone complained about the noise; however, I heard only 2 sirens in 8 hours. I got better sleep than at home. I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for our future trips.

We loved this property! Walking distance to everything…restaurants, shopping, the River Walk & the Historic area! Great little apartment with all the amenities. The parking garage was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

What an incredible value! Coming in at about half what highly rated hotels were asking for the same dates, we got a large studio with a full kitchen and a beautiful bathroom. Definitely recommend.
