"This was my third stay in Sayulita and defines wort. To start off, there was no one at the reception during our whole stay. The room was really nice however, one of the AC units in the main room smelled bad and there was mold around the unit. There was a water shut off and we had difficulties showering and after that day due to what we later found were clogged shower heads. Even though we put in a maintenance request due to having trickling water issue was only fixed when we an ourselves removed the shower head. There were bugs in the main room that I woke up to one morning on the floor and closer and some on my bed. There were no door sweeps on the door so anything could come in from the outside. There was a smashed gecko in one of the door ways. There was a hotel or bar near by that made it hard to have a good night’s rest due to getting early morning when the roosters called for the sun (my favorite part not at all a complaint). "

Close enough to the main part of town that everything was walkable and far enough away that it was quiet. - lots of great restaurants and bars on the same street and close to the beach - pool was perfect and they provide pool and beach towels - hotel was clean, new and had a great aesthetic - provided clean drinking water Cons - service was very slow, eg. our safe wasn’t working the first evening and it took a really long time for someone to come and help us. Little things took longer than it should have to resolve "

"INCREDIBLY LOUD AT NIGHT! The doors are not insulated so you can hear all road noise and music on the street late into the night. The manager refused to let me refund when I couldn't sleep on my first night. Its a pity because its actually a really nice hotel with a fantastic location, they just need to invest in insulation for the doors. "

"Great place to stay, close to town but quiet and relaxing. Incredible views and great staff who were always available for anything we needed. Shoutout to Lalo and all the great service he provided. They helped arrange transport to and from the airport as well! Great experience!"
