"The room, bathroom and the bed were comfortable and clean. I was a bit surprised the there were no 5V usb sockets in the room. The staff were friendly and efficient. The taxi booking service worked perfectly. The fire alarm went off three times on our second day but were cancelled in a few seconds each time."

"Couldn’t sleep room felt like a sauna. No aircon nor water bottles in room. Nothing in the mini fridge. Only a plug in desktop fan available. Gym in terrible state - 3 treadmills tested didn’t work. Very limited equipment. I kept & no water. Buffet breakfast was fine but took three goes to order the porridge which came different from ordered. Parking is an extra cost - have to grab a ticket on entrance then pass to reception to validate. Staff seemed very nice. Room kept very well...

"We really enjoyed our stay, staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. The only improvement I would suggest is to have lockers when using the gym / steam room."
