Das Viertel hinten raus ist sehr schlicht und nicht so prickelnd. Man muss ein paar Meter laufen um in schรถnere Ecken des Ortes zu kommen.
Herausragend ist das Personal, alle, wirkliche alle Mitarbeitenden sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der Chef des Hauses ist toll, er hat uns bei einem Problemchen schnell geholfen.

โAll in all very good.surprisingly quiet.Very spacious.Great location.Caters for vegetarian and dairy free diet.Towels could do with replacing,not very soft....other than that highly recommendable at a decent price,too!โ
โExcellent attentive service from the owner Joe at all times nothing was too much trouble and a few minor issues were rectified immediately to our full satisfaction
Would highly recommend The Meltham Guest House if you are looking to stay adjacent to the North Bay close to all the attactions that it has to offer

โStayed at here before as is prefect location in center of Scarborough with many areas within easy walking distance. Lovely hotel with staff second to none. Reasonable prices despite height of summer season and can get extremely busy. Parking can be a pain but other than thatโฆ highly recommended โ

The room was spacious clean and had everything we needed the breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful
The live entertainment in the pub was great and it finished promptly at 11pm so we could go straight to bed after and even though the pub shuts at 12 we couldn't hear anything in the room xxxxxโ
โWhat a lovely hotel. We stayed in a different one around the corner the night before and what a difference our stay here was. Staff friendly, accomodation and nothing was too much trouble! The food was beautifully cooked! Homemade nom nom. We were made to feel welcome and will be going back with our little boy for sure!

โLooked a bit old fashioned but loved to stay here as I rather prefer family run independent hotel than big chain hotels. Breakfast was also great and more than others, members of their staff were incredibly helpful.โ
โStayed here on a solo visit whilst visiting Scarborough open air Theatre, the room was lovey and great value , the bed was so comfy I slept till 9am . This was a lovely stay & would stay here again . Thank you โ

โRebecca is the best! Whatever you want/need sheโs there! Had a problem with the bedside lamp - she fixed it, injured my knee, she fed me (not for free I hasten to add before scores of people want the same!). She cooked my breakfast and made sure I was made to feel VERY welcome. Sort of sorry to leave!โ
