"Excellent location if arriving by train to Brussels Zuid. However about 30 minutes walk to main square, no problem for me but maybe would be for others. Hotel staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly (especially bar staff). Room could have done with a bit of a refresh but was comfortable enough."

"This hotel takes a bit to get used to, but when you start seeing the artistry of the place, the roughness dissipates. The only hard engineering is where it is important - the plumbing and the air conditioning. Both worked perfectly. Breakfast was also very good, though I can only vouch for the "Healthy" option. Oh - the room was also VERY quiet and the curtains could make it very dark. Great sleeping."

"Rooms clean. Excellent staff. Great breakfast. However minimal tea and coffee in the rooms with only paper cups supplied. Also power points for the kettle not conveniently situated. These were the only minus points in an otherwise great stay."

"Staff were all helpful and very pleasant. Room was very clean and spacious enough for 5 people. Bathroom was also big and clean. If it wasn’t for it’s location, I would’ve scored it 5/5! Just stay guarded during the day time and uber home at night!"
