The staff was very friendly in the hotel. Room itself was very nice. It certainly had a wonderful location. It was right there close to the Riverwalk and the downtown area.

Reasonably priced, clean, quiet, nearby parking garage and many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Only complaints is virtually no amenities pool, fitness center, or snack bar. Overall, I would most likely stay again.

Only ashtrays at front of building. Hate to litter at the back doors. Sorry the hotel is a dud. Hope the non smokers have a better time.
