What a lovely property,what a lovely view. But lacking in creature comforts and in need of a major renovation. Breakfast area lovely view, one girl doing a fabulous job with what she has at her disposal, juggling service with table clearance. The rooms are not cheap and they are of two star value. My opinion is that the the management put some money back into this impressive historical Hotel.

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Haben die Wünsche sehr schnell umgesetzt. Haustier freundlich keine Probleme mit unseren beiden Hunden. Kann dieses Hotel für Hundebesitzer nur weiterempfehlen.

Bij aankomst door receptie geen opties aangegeven waar gedineerd kan worden, aangezien op woensdag geen diner mogelijkheid is in het hotel. De kamer, douche en ontbijt waren prima. Geen lift in het bij gebouw waar onze kamer was. Ruime parkeermogelijkheden voorhanden. Fijne sauna. Mooi uitzicht op het meer.

Die Speisekarte ist sehr einfach. Die Bedienung macht sehr verbitterten Eindruck. Am dritten Tag wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht,weil wir keinen Schild an die Türe gehängt haben.

Tolle Lage und wunderbare Aussicht!

Wunderschön gelegen mit einem tollen Seeblick. Unser Zimmer im Nebengebäude war groß, sehr sauber und total gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück war okay, es war für jeden etwas dabei. Saunabereich dagegen enttäuschend, eng und dunkel. Es gab nicht genug Liegen für alle Gäste und nur 2 Sessel als Sitzmöglichkeit. Ausserdem war der Wellnessbereich nur bis 19.30, was gerade im Winter zu wenig ist.

Idyllischer Aufenthalt

Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich und äußerst sauber. Die Lage direkt am Schluchsee ist idyllisch. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Besonders nett sind die Angestellten.
