A family ski trip with a non skier. Amenities at hotel were fantastic the location to Penken bahn was great with ski bus opposite. Food was fabulous and all staff were super friendly and helpful.

Up to now, after much travel, my favourite hotel is Coul House near Inverness. The Neue Post joins it at the top of my list. It is an elegant, wonderfully designed building..Two conjoined in fact. The whole place is gorgeous and elegant and the staff are wonderful. It must take a huge amount of skill and planning to produce such quality and attention to detail. They have succeeded. My room was lovely, with a view of the Ziller Valley. The way the hotel is designed is really clever, linking up the two pools, indoor and outdoor rooftop, which are both wonderful, as are the saunas. Food is mainly buffet and high quality. The fresh fruit for breakfast (a facet of any good hotel in my view) was ideal. Great selection of fresh breads. I was surprised...my tarrif included breakfast, late lunch and dinner. Good value. The English equivalent would possibly be a 5 star hotel in many aspects. The staff seem to take a great pride in their work, as they should do. I used some of my rusty German, but English was well spoken by the staff. The area is lovely. I was unable to walk far due to a bad leg, but got up the Penkenbahn Gondola for a drink at the top to watch the paragliders at 2000m. It was stunning and a pleasant 17 degrees at height. I know it will be very busy come ski season, but I'm sure such a well-organised place will cope well. If my leg recovers, I would like to try the Zillertal ski area. Thanks go to all involved in this marvellous business.

The hotel was very well appointed, with a delicious 5 course meal every evening served by an attentive waiter, and a plentiful buffet breakfast. The sauna facilities were excellent. I was surprised, however, that my single room was the same price as my friend's, yet his had an en suite bath (mine was a shower), a balcony (unlike mine), and his room was larger.

Fantastic hotel!!

We loved our stay at Hotel Neue Post! Group of 3 couples in early/mid-thirties. Hotel in brilliant location and full of character. Stayed in room 406 which was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Also cleaned extremely well each day. Hotel Neue Post is a family run business and it shows - fantastically friendly staff and helpful. Restaurant is superb with everything you could wish for at breakfast and wonderful dinners. Ferenc served us for most of the week and possibly the best service we've had anywhere - thank you! Strongly advise booking a wine tasting in Hotel Neue Post's stunning cellar. We had no idea how much wine is produced in Austria nor how good it is! Thomas chose 3 whites & 3 reds for us and without hesitation we would say all we're very good wines. To summarise this place is not to be missed!

Alles sehr gut, ich werde mich nicht mit den vielen Vorzügen dieses schönen Hotels aufhalten. Nur zwei Hinweise: Check-out um 10:00 Uhr ist sehr sehr früh, zu früh. Ein Hotel dieses Niveaus sollte in der Lage sein, mindestens 12:00 Uhr anzubieten. Und eine Flasche Wasser für 6,20 € zu verlangen, wenn die tatsächlichen Kosten für Sie etwa 75 Cent betragen, ist etwas übertrieben.

The Hotel was Under renovation and Quite a lot of noise, but still very good service. The cleaning lady was fantastic in Room 92

Schönes Hotel mit Gratisparkplatz und tollem Indoorpool, Sauna, Wellness, Ruheraum etc. Frühstücks- u. Abendbuffet (bzw. Abends Menüwahl) hervorragend. Wir hatten eine Suite, war groß uns tirolerisch eingerichtet. Bad, WC getrennt. Lift vorhanden. Personal sehr nett.

Wir hatten das Zimmer Berglust, was sehr zu empfehlen ist. Ein großes, renoviertes Zimmer. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Angestellten sehr freundlich

The location was convenient for both the train station and the ski bus so you barely had to carry your skis at all. The hotel was spotless and the food was so good. Spa area is great with multiple saunas and a pool and relaxation area, I'd recommend it to anyone.

Best hotel in town?

Great location, close to ski lift and ski bus. Excellent service of friendly staff. Nice restaurant with good food, both traditional austrian and international. Lovely breakfast buffet. The spa is among the best.

„ Kleine“ Doppelzimmer schlecht, alt u. verwohnt.

Kleine Doppelzimmer sehr alt und verwohnt. Bad alt und sehr klein. Heizung ohne Thermostat und Zimmer kalt. Bett durchgelegen. Essen und Frühstück ist sehr, sehr gut und Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön.
