Service excellent. My concerns are amenities and care for guest seems to have disappeared! Check in had too little staff with hundreds in line. The staff was very efficient but could only do so much. When checking in luggage storage was free. Now it’s $6 per bag and eventually no room left. Never received a call when my room had been ready for hours. After 24 years staying I will be looking elsewhere. Not because of staff but management changes! $48 for breakfast???

The hotel is perfectly fine, decent amenities and a very good breakfast. But the staff - especially at reception - were not very friendly and in the public areas they seemed more interested in cleaning than in the convenience of the guests.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Umgebung nicht hundefreundlich, überall Zugangsbeschränkungen. Hotel ist sehr hundefreundlich, Gastronomie nicht, Ausnahme "Beim Griechen". Hotel ist schon ziemlich alt, aber alles sauber und gepflegt, alles funktioniert.
