"We arrived early so we spent some time in the bar area which was quite pleasant. We ordered lasagna for lunch while waited for our room. The lasagna was AMAZING! The staff were all so friendly and helpful."

"Hotel and location were great. There was no water or coffee amenities in the room for the price. They also did not offer complimentary coffee in the lobby. You had to pay for coffee. The refrigerator was also so small it couldn’t fit our leftover pizza/box. Like it was a quarter size of a normal hotel mini refrigerator. Bathroom amenities were lacking as well. Again hotel and location were nice. Paid parking was easy. Just what the room had to offer was lacking and having to pay for coffee was...

"Excellent staff and place to stay for two older Americans who do not know the language. Food was excellent, location is convenient, parking is free and safe. Public transportation is close. Would stay again."

"It was a modern hotel for the area, but there was no air conditioning in the room. It is at least a 20 minute city bus ride from Venice. I also could not see Venice from the hotel like other reviews. Not sure how that would be possible. The staff spoke English and did provide information needed for the area. It was very cleaned compared to other hotels in the area. The beds were clean a bit hard but we slept well."
