โUnmanned - you get code to the lockbox to access the lodges via email on the day.
Nice enough place to stay for a couple of nights. Basic facilities but no complaints.
Place was clean with plenty fresh towels.
Curtains let through quite a bit of light which was the only downside.

โA classic Scottish Castle Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and gorgeous surroundings. Wildlife on your doorstep. Rooms show some evidence of age (if you are picky about stuff like that), but it's an old Scottish Castle hotel... You want it to feel like an old Scottish Castle, don't you, and it absolutely does.

โWe had the family room, situated at the front overlooking the bay of Connel and the highland hills in the background. We had summer weather, what helpt making it fantastic. It's a fine B&B, caring owners of an old building that's well maintained. The frond road can be busy during the day, we had all 3 windows open all night and it was quiet, we had a good sleep. Room was Stunning, Staff was extraordinary (especially Odhran and Linda), Breakfast very delicious.
