"We had a great stay at this hotel in Redondo Beach. The property is beautiful, very clean, and the location is hard to beat—right next to the ocean with easy access to the beach and surrounding area. The room itself was comfortable and well maintained, and overall the hotel has a really welcoming feel. The only downside was a lack of basic conveniences. The room had a coffee machine, but there was no water provided to make the coffee. The hotel also did not have a vending machine available, which made it difficult to get water late in the evening. I did call and request complimentary water, and although I was told it would be brought to the room, it never arrived. Aside from that minor inconvenience, the stay was very enjoyable. With just a little more attention to these small details, this would easily be a top-notch experience."

"This place !!!!!!!!!! Was amazing , I came across it while looking for a get away. The staff is excellent, the room was very clean, it’s in the heart of everything in hermosa beach and walking distance away from most food places. I got the penthouse suite , the view of watching the sunset on the roof top was breathe taking. This place felt like home to be honestly, it was calm, quiet and very relaxing and the staff was truly exceptional. Thank you again SW !!! "

"The manager was kind and inviting. We arrived a little late and he invited us in to check in and told us where the room was. There weren’t any issues. In the morning I went down for coffee and again he was very hospitable. I will definitely stay here again. "
