First time stay in ubud area, Thantha Serenity Resort such a wonderful place. Food was amazing, staff friendly and helpful. View was incredible, rooms beautiful. Thantha Serenity Resort is the best place to rest and relax, alive with nature.

Terrible, unprofessional place.

AWFUL! There's no serenity here. The rooms were not cleaned, the air conditioner did not blow cold air, the refrigerator did not work properly, the kitchenette and bathroom were covered with ants, the private pool was dirty and most of the lightbulbs in the room were burned out. Rice paddies adjoin this property, and the farmers use loud motorized equipment in the rice fields from dawn till dusk. To make matters much worse, a large late night party happened at a nearby property, complete with a loud, professional grade PA system and fireworks, until 4am. We got no sleep at all. When we complained to the property's manager the next day, he just laughed. It doesn't seem that there is any security or any police presence in the vicinity of this property, which is disconcerting. We left after 1 horrendous night, even though we prepaid for 2 nights. Of course, no refund was offered. Thantha Serenity is not a professional hospitality operation. I highly recommend that readers of this review look elsewhere for villas in Bali.

Le site est magnifique, en pleines rizières . Dommage qu’il manque un peu de personnel pour la cuisine. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et les activités proposées très chouettes.
