"The tv was 9 years old, but the breakfast was very, very good every piece of food was fresh and they changed the menu every day and I liked the customer service responded to me well with my phone number, and they work on the phones in the rooms. The shelf in bathroom already fell over when I got there and they were missing some metal stuff to put in there to keep it from tipping over, so it was hard to find the blow dryer for my hair which I don't use except I'm in a hotel just because it's already there and the shower gel were all very nice and high quality. I appreciated all of them."

"We were looking for overnight stay for a graduation and this place was in a good location with a good low price. The outside look like it was under construction or remodeling. But the rooms were very decent and very comfortable and it was a non-smoking room and it did not smell like someone have used their room for smoking before. If they would ask me if I would stay in this location again, I would say yes, and I do recommend it."

"The hotel is in poor condition, arrived with my family and were scared to stay there just with the condition of the hotel and the people on the parking lot and hotel corridors. Very sketchy and didn’t look safe. We ended up not staying, afraid someone was going to break into our room and vehicle. "

"Knowleable front desk staff, friendly. Clean spacious room. Quiet area on property and surrounding area however very close to dining, shopping. Unfortunately, we did have a very loud air-conditioning unit in our room when operated. Sounded like a jack hammer. I didn't advise front desk however. Secret Lake Park is mentioned by the hotel as being close by so we took a short drive. It was beautiful. I recommend checking it out. After check out I realized I had lef5 something behind in the room. I sought out cleaning staff, was lucky enough to get supervisor/manager and she took great care of me. I believeher name is Sherri. TY to her. I was able to retrieve my item. Will definitely stay again."

"When I first check in , I asked for early check in which was a 20 dollar extra fee that I didn't mind. Get to my room and half of the lights worked .called down he had to fix a breaker ...then food left in refrigerator, TV upstairs didn't work nor did the microwave.towels had stains but I bring my own just cause of that ."
