"Stayed here with a friend for three nights. The main reason we chose this hotel was that it looked much more updated and modern than many of the other hotels we considered in the Sedona area.
Upon arrival, we were greeted by David, whose customer service was exceptional. He gave us a warm welcome and made a great first impression.
Our room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom had excellent lighting, and I especially appreciated the full-length mirror on the bathroom door. Our room was on the ground floor at the end of the hallway. It was a bit noisy due to its proximity to an exterior door, but the location was also very convenient. Being so close to the courtyard was a bonus, as we grilled and had dinner there one evening.
My only minor critiques were that there was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived, and it would have been nice to have a light housekeeping refresh each day. Towels aren't replaced and garbage isn't emptied until after your second full day, which wasn't a huge issue but is something to be aware of.
The pool was nice, although it was so hot during our visit that we didn't spend much time there. We also really enjoyed the lobby bar for an evening drink. Robert, the bartender, makes an excellent espresso martini and was so much fun to chat with. The bar had a very social atmosphere, and we enjoyed meeting both fellow travellers and locals.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel"
