"Having stayed on the property recently, I am able to compare both stays. The first time, I love the room. 2 bdr/2bthr suite. Beautifully laid out. My only complaint was the bathtub. It is deep, which is nice, but for people with short legs, like myself, I almost needed a stool to step into the tub. The tub bottom also got really slippery when showering. This time around, yes, tub is still deep, but no longer slippery. Everything about the property is amazing. Views, quiet location, everything."

"It was a good hotel with all of the amenities you would want. However, the maintenance of the property could use some attention. The sink in our bathroom was slow to drain, the toilet had issues flushing, and the pool lining could use some attention to make it look nicer. But the room was clean, the staff were helpful and quick to requests. The kids had fun in the pool and the included breakfast was an added bonus. All-in-all, we would book here again. Oh and the scenery was beautiful!"

"Great location in Canmore, only a 4-minute walk from the bus stop and right opposite a gas station. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are amazingly helpful—they even prepared an $8 breakfast basket for us before 5:00 AM for our early trip. Everything was punctual and seamless. Would definitely stay here again!"
