Staff were extremely friendly and helpful nothing seemed like too much trouble. Breakfast is free so can’t complain really. We did order lunch on one day and found out there is no actual kitchen on site, it’s brought from another Jas property. This meant it took over an hour for food to arrive and it was cold so we had to put it in the microwave. So I would skip doing that if I were staying there again. The property itself was very nice, sure it has some wear and tear but overall lovely hide away from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for value is I booked as part of a package so unsure of the actual cost. For families be aware that the two rooms are not connected, whilst not an issue for us it is something worth keeping in mind. I would definitely stay here again as it was almost perfect.

10 day escape from Melbourne winter. Nice private lap pool & plenty of restaurants, coffee and a supermarket close by.

Pictures on line did not reflect reality of the room. Cupboards falling apart, built in bedside hanging off wall. Staff were pleasant. Booked 5 nights but left after 1 night. Hate writing negative reviews, but would hate to see others caught out. Offered a credit for the room, but truly can’t see ourselves going back.

This is one of the best places around. We like everything. Staffs were nice, front desk was excellent. They were always helpful and ready to help. They clean the property all the time. Swim pool is clean.

An ‘AVOID AT ALL COSTS’ accommodation. Except if you get the ‘ok’ room. We booked a one bedroom and were given keys to Villa 10. We checked in quickly as we had things to do. Saw a few things like old lounge cover and discoloured kitchen doors (outside so weathered) and a large puddle in the bathroom but figured that was form cleaning. So went on about our day. Returned later and saw what the room was really like and it was too late in the evening to leave, I couldn’t get out fast enough. The puddle in the bathroom was actually leaking from the toilet and was now 5 times the size and stunk. My main issue was bedding. There were stains and marks and looked like ‘sexual stains’ on the sheets and the pillows weren’t even flat or pillows, one was a stuffed bag of rags or something. I then noticed.. the kitchen was actually falling apart with doors coming off and grim everywhere. The pool was filthy and falling apart with chunks in the wall missing. Holes in the bedroom walls and bed head. I checked the room listing and realised we had no dining area, slippers, hairdryer, premium bedding and the photos did not represent the room as we received it. In the end the hotel upgraded us to a 2 bedroom which had a dining area and hairdryer and was more like the pictures. Said Hotels.com won’t update their photos? The second room was better and I noticed most ok to good reviews were for 2 bedroom apartments which are better maintained. Be very wary when booking here. Staff-great

Do not stay

This is an unfortunate review to write for a stay that was highly anticipated and planned for many months. We had a five night stay and had booked months ahead going by the staged photos and review some of which are negative also but willing to give it a go. Upon arrival which was after nine pm in torrential rain. We were asked by staff to view the Villa before committing to the booking which I thought was a bit weird. Looking at the Villa at night appeared to be aesthetically pleasing so we went back out into the rain to reception with only one umbrella offered to four of us as we were advised all others had been used by guests - no big deal but that was first red flag. In the morning upon closer inspection, the bathroom was in dire need for an upgrade with crack in tiles and paint over paint in some areas which had bubbles and would peel eventually, the door stopper on sliding door to bathroom was just sitting on the floor, towel rack very loose and about to fall off the wall, one lamp shade in the bedroom was about to also fall off. Sheets were a grey coloured white with stains, the furniture is like a laminate and chipped in many places. Kitchen area had a small lounge but no table so the bed would suffice as a table. Limited crockery and cutlery, hot water had been turned off in the kitchen making washing up difficult. The pool and surroundings had seen better days, the pool needed a good clean, overall not a place I would recommend.

전반적으로 괜찮았지만 약속이 지켜지지않아 기분나빴음

세명이 투킹베드 룸 하나를 예약했는데 방을 마음데로 두개로 나눠서 줘서 불편했습니다. 잔디와 화단이 빌라안에 있어서 꿈틀거리는 벌레가 너무 많이 나왔습니다만 이건 깨끗해서 그런가 하고 넘어갔습니다. 전반적으로 서비스도 친절하고 위치도 메인로드에서 가까워서 좋았지만 셔틀도 다른팀이 공항가서 사용못한다고 해서 2박3일동안 무료 셔틀은 한 번 사용했구요 수영장도 너무 작아서 조용히 수영을 즐기고 싶은 분들에게는 추천하지 않습니다 그리고 무엇보다 홈페이지에도 차량 1대당 USD20(편도)의 별도 요금으로 공항 셔틀 이용 가능-이렇게 명시되어있는데 마지막날 준비해둔 달러로 내니까 안받아주더군요 루피가 정말 1원하나 안남고 딱 맞게 남아있어서 다행이지달러로 준비하고 있었는데 아주 기분이 나빴습니다. 이건 약속과 다른것 아닌가요? 예약했던 룸도 아니었고 마지막에 약속도 지켜지지 않아서 다음에는 별로 이용하고 싶지 않습니다

중저가 풀빌라

합리적인 선택이 될 수 있는 중저가의 풀빌라. 스미냑 번화가와 떨어진 외딴 위치는 장점 혹은 단점. 서비스는 성의 있지만 섬세할 정도는 되지 못함. 호화롭지 않지만 부족할 것 없는 시설에는 만족.

대부분이 만족스러웠지만,

숙소 상태나 전체적으로 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 매일 제공해주는 아침식사도 맛잇었고, 수영장도 잘 이용했습니다. 그러나, 길가에 있는 빌라에서 묵으면서 옆에 나무에 올라오는 꼬마들이 있어서 너무 놀랐던 적이 있습니다. 그 외에는 훌륭했습니다.

We mostly enjoyed our stay at Jas Boutique Villas while the property could do with some maintenance and repairs we understand why these may have not been carried out due to the Bali still recovering from the pandemic. The staff all seemed to be nice and helpful and the villas are located in a quiet but walkable area plenty of dining options, convenience stores and not far from Bin Tang supermarket. The only thing that left a sour taste for us was a handmade leather wallet I purchased went missing prior to our check out my husband and I both thought the other had packed It and it wasn't until we got home that we realised it was missing (we checked the room prior to departure to make sure we hadn't left anything) once discovered I contacted the property to ask if it had been found after our departure they got back to me quite quickly to say it hadn't been and we did another search of luggage to make sure it's definitely not here so I contacted them again expressing my concerns about it being taken out of the villa prior to check out and got absolutely no reply which I have found quite frustrating.

Great Villa to stay at which is only a short walk back to the busy area. If your after a quiet location with its own private pool, then this is the place to stay. Our villa had some minor wear and tear but overall, we loved it. Service from the staff was great. We would certainly recommend staying here.

Loved our stay

We stayed at Jas Botique last month and absolutely loved it. It’s close to the main road in Seminyak and easily located. The villa looked like the photo which was a plus and the pillows were amazing. The included breakfast each morning was very nice and rooms were topped up with complimentary water each day. The only issue we had was construction next door where the workers could actually look down into our private pool area but this was no fault to the villas as it wasn’t their construction works. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay in the 1 bedroom villa. Close by to the shops. Great size for 2 and the private pool was nice and clean. Great breakfast options which you order and they deliver to your room.
