Te llega un mensaje indicando que debes llamar a un número, pero responde una grabación con 4 opciones, ninguna referenciada a pedir el transporte... si presionas 1 te responde un call center que te redirecciona la llamada perdiendo mucho tiempo. La opcion correcta era 0 para esperar a una operadora. 45 minutos perdidos."
