Wonderful, peaceful, beautiful! Right on the white sand beach, gorgeous views, lovely gardens and lawns with splendid flowers and trees. Spacious clean room with big comfortable bed, desk, chairs, fridge, coffee/tea, generous amenities, storage space, patio with chairs and table surrounded with greenery/flowers. We loved eating breakfast and sometimes dinner, enjoying the ocean. Many, many choices for the included breakfast (we especially loved the fresh fruit and salad bar, omelettes and noodle soup made for you, juices, milk, fresh-made fruit juice). Very helpful staff gave amazing service. Large and small swimming pools. The hotel gave us a free photo with Mr. San from Paparazzi Photo, who helped us introverts relax and took excellent photos (we bought extras, very memorable). Superb place, a magnificent, rejuventing vacation!

Beautiful property and surroundings. The hotel grounds are amazing, great pool, and well kept gardens. PROS: Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Gardens were fantastic. The pool was great, always space to sit or lounge around. Our villa was amazing - could do with some maintenance but it was a great experience! CONS: The food at the restaurant (dinner) was below expectation. (There was a cheap Warung next door - the food was much better there). The chefs need to lift their game, particularly because you are paying hotel prices. The WiFi connnections were hit and miss - not very reliable. (not that we always wanted it, but when you did it was sub-standard). The beach was average - black sand, so not a very nice beach to walk around on or to relax on. OVERALL: We enjoyed the experience, the staff were great, and we would recommend others to stay here. You will enjoy it for a true Indonesian experience.

One hour drive from airport. Stay beach bungalow as it has amazing sunset view. Staffs very friendly. Breakfast spread acceptable. Lack of lights as the room is so dim I hardly can find stuff from my luggage. One thing I did not appreciate that this resort organized family event from corporate company just right infront of guests bungalows. There were dancing, games etc. Its just like carnival. The music from speakers are so loud all through the night disturbing hotel guests who needs to relax after came back from day activities. One of the staffs said its a regular thing this resort hosting other companies too especially during weekends.

I had a fantastic experience at the holiday resort in Lombok. The beach bungalow with a private pool exceeded expectations, offering breathtaking views that surpassed its 4-star rating. The staff, especially Syifa, were incredibly accommodating; they went above and beyond to celebrate my daughter's birthday on short notice, decorating the room and providing a complimentary cake. It's worth noting that encountering ants and lizards in most rooms seemed normal for the area. While the food met expectations for a 4-star hotel, the standout feature was the serene ambiance of the resort. Despite the wavy beach making it less suitable for kids. Leaving the holiday resort in Lombok is bittersweet; I'll undoubtedly miss the unparalleled views, exceptional service, and the overall tranquil ambiance. The thoughtfulness of the staff, especially Syifa, and the memorable birthday celebration for my daughter have left a lasting impression. I'm already looking forward to returning and reliving this extraordinary experience again and again.

We recently stayed at Holiday Resort Lombok, and it was a mixed experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome. Our room was cleaned every day and the pool areas were nice. However, our stay was disrupted by several loud, unannounced private events that went on late into the night. We also had issues with our food orders; despite the staff repeating them back to us, we often received the wrong dishes. The food was not very tasty and sometimes even cold. On top of this, many non-guests visited the pools with their kids every day, and they were being quite noisy and splashy, making it hard to relax for the hotel guests. There were no adult-only areas, not even the hotel’s Beach Club. Overall, there is potential, but the noise and food issues really affected our stay. There were some really nice neighboor hotels, and i would suggest going there instead.

Great family holiday!

We got to stay in the Oceanview Family Bungalow and had a great time. The bungalow is MASSIVE - so much room, and as good as the resort pool was, having the small private pool was an extra luxury (although the decking around it was in disrepair and needs some work) and much used also. The grounds are beautiful and it was amazing walking along the grass next to the coral beach to the restaurant and bar each day. Restaurant was good, but there was also some amazing restaurants very close by that we got to experience also. Bar staff were heaps of fun and made great (and cheap at happy hour!) cocktails, even venturing into suggestions that weren't on the menu. As with a lot of accom in Bali/Lombok, some of the finer maintenance and cleaning was a bit off, however, having been to Bali once before we kind of expect that in every place, and it did not bother us at all. We arrived late in the day after a rather large travel day and were unfortunately woken very early to an 'event' setup in the park right next to our room with full stage and PA (sounded like they were in our room) with the only notice given a note slipped under our door after we had gone to sleep. However, staff and manager were very apologetic and organised a complimentary transfer out for the end of our stay, and some complimentary treatments for the whole family at their onsite Spa which put us straight back into relax mode. Great spot to stay within the walls and chillout, but also fairly easy to go out exploring.

Big resort complex with lush gardens, multiple swimming pools and direct access to the beach. Rooms were clean, comfy and of a good size with balcony, but doors and finishes a bit worn and tatty and in no way sound proof. Good selection for breakfast, but limited vegetarian choice on the dinner menu. Food and drink is pricey. Not a lot to see or do in the immediate area so you have to book transport /tours to go anywhere. Staff were pokite and helpful. The only downside was there was a party on the last night with an out of tune band playing at full blast which made the windows in our room rattle. After a couple of complaints the volume was turned down. Beach is clean and generally sandy, good for surfing when theres a breeze. 100m down the beach is a local bar called 'Nuf Said which sells cold beer and other drinks as well as fantastic local food and great prices -highly recommended. Overall good hotel but i was glad it was low season, i think that when its high season this would be a different story.

It is a beautiful resort with its own huge pool and private beach. The beach, however, isn't ideal for swimming as the waves are big. More for surfing. Nevertheless, a nice walk at the beach in the morning is pretty nice. The staff are always friendly and helpful. No elevator but that is fine. They only have 2 story-buildings so not much of a climb. We ordered room service twice and we loved the food. Reasonably priced as well. Cons: The bathroom needs scrubbing! The tiles have dark spots/lines and the glass shower wall looks like it has not been cleaned in weeks! I could see the soap scams! Cleanliness specially in bathrooms is very important to me so this is a huge negative for me. Also, lighting like in most accommodations in Ubud (and I guess in Lombok as well) isn't adequate. They need better/brighter lighting. There were hardly any wall sockets available! You would think they would provide multiple sockets for charging devices specially when their guests are mostly from other countries and would need to charge multiple gadgets like phones, power banks, tablets, laptops etc. But they only have ONE available wall plug for charging. And they also don't provide adapter so if you forget yours, you're in bad luck! Our villa in Ubud last year provided an adapter so we were able to charge our devices.
