The rooms was a bit dated especially the shower otherwise this would be a 5* review. The pool and outside areas are gorgeous, spacious and comfortable. The views to Bali stunning. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. It's worth staying at the hotel just to eat in both of the restaurants where the food and service couldn't be faulted.

Nice oldish hotel on the beach. Good value for money. The restaurants were too expensive, though, so most people had their meals outside. Not a bad option in Senggigi but the good beaches are some distance away.

The Sheraton was a lovely hotel. The pool, beach & staff were great. The 2 restaurants were ok the service wasn’t consistent we only dinned there twice the 1st time was great the 2nd not so good.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The family loved the swimming pool which was nice, clean and not crowded. I love the TV in the suite which has internet access. The staff were all very friendly and attentive and they made us felt very welcomed and at home. The spa was nice and good value. We appreciated that the supervisor, Corina, acted promptly when she heard that the marbled floor condensed badly during the night and resolved the problem quickly. The fact that the tap water could be used to boil water was so much appreciated after we went to the second hotel with tap water that could not be drunk. The stained toilet seat in the suite could use a change though. The beach was not as clean as I would like but the tiny crabs tunnelling in the sand made up for it. Overall, the hotel is value for money.

Excellent resort hotel in Senggigi

Excellent hotel for our short stay in Senggigi. The staff was really friendly, the rooms super clean, and the pool was nice. Its not the best beach in Lombok (those are in the south), but the hotel did a great job in keeping it as clean as possible. The food was excellent! Would highly recommend this.

As someone who works in the hospitality industry overseas and has traveled the world—staying at top-tier hotels across the USA, Canada, Europe, and Australia—I can honestly say this property is exceptional. ​I am almost speechless at the level of service. I had the pleasure of thanking many of them in person, but I want to reiterate: every single staff member, from the Executive Chef and the server/room service team to the gardeners and floor staff, defines what true hospitality looks like. I have never seen such a genuine combination of hard work and authentic care. I would gladly fly thousands of miles just to experience this place again. It was a beautiful moment I’ll never forget. Classic hotel slightly older but that added to the charm. Beautiful location and local conveniences a 5-10 minute walk away. Team here are genuinely lovely and very accommodating, the food is very good here and reasonably priced. I will definitely return

We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton. It’s at the quiet end of senggigi but easily walkable to get to other restaurants and shops in the village. The beach off the hotel is pretty, and the sea is nice but it’s quite a busy ocean area with jet skis and boats, but it’s charming and not noisy at all. The staff are all lovely and breakfast is great. Excellent pianist playing each morning too. The rooms are not new but they’re good size and everything works and is comfortable. The gym is decent too, and the swimming pool is incredible. Lovely place- would recommend it and will come back I’m sure.
