I would gladly stay here again! The room was clean and very spacious. One of the biggest pluses is the free laundry that's available. Another big plus are the staff, we were greeted very warmly during our check-in. The staff helped us with our bags and brought them to our room before we even finished checking in.

At one point, several years ago, this was likely a high-end hotel. However, it's dated interior shows (i.e. spa/hot tubs with faded/peeled plastic, acid etched water line private pools, scuffed and uneven wood flooring, limited dining services, broken lamps and dated furniture in the lobby, etc.) and is something I couldn't glean from the photos. Despite this, the hotel staff was very accommodating and professional; they are what makes this hotel shine. I would give this property a 7.9/10.

Our family enjoyed our first trip to Jeju Island and our stay & accommodations at Bayhill made our visit that much more memorable. The Hill Suite was gorgeous and quite spacious for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the rooms each had their own bathrooms which made it very convenient. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. 9/10 - have already recommended the resort to our friends.

The Villas are beautiful and Narnia restaurant had amazing Korean and American breakfasts. The staff was great. Another pro is the facility has free washers and dryers. The area is pretty isolated and restaurants within walking distance are limited. Would highly recommend you have a rental car if u stay here.

Great escape and cosy to spend for summer vacations. Private Pool which sets in the room were so nice, even elderly people like our mother could enjoyed it. And kids too. Hotel staff were so neat and friendly. What I like about is this hotel has self wash/dryer facilities. That was so helpful.

We stayed in the Honeymoon Villa since we were on our honeymoon. The room was amazing! Having the jacuzzi tub and private pool was very nice. They have Netflix and Disney on the TVs for when you have downtime from exploring the area. I don't travel abroad ever really and I'm from the US so experiencing the toilets with heated seats and bidet was fantastic. Staff was very nice and accommodating and spoke English well enough for us to get what we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

Great stay, would come back

Stayed 2 nights at a bay suite in the main building. Welcome drink was freshly squeezed Jeju orange juice, full of pulp and refreshing. View overlooks the front of the hotel and towards the water. Master bedroom is on the main floor and 2nd floor is a studio-style room. There's a nice healthy dose of stairs to get to the 2nd floor. Request pool to be heated for day 1 (surcharge) and not for day 2. Water in non-heated pool on day 2 was fine for the kids (with 60 deg air temperature). If no kids, you probably won't use and don't need a room with a pool. Jacuzzi was strong and relaxing (no hot water charge for this). Breakfast at Narnia was tasty (offered 50,000 KRW) coupon with our visit which steered us towards them in the morning. Showers are plenty hot. Pleasant surprise to have complimentary water (8), soda (2), juice (4), sparkling water (2) in the fridge. There are 3 EV chargers on site (Level 1) but should have enough time to top off the car overnight. Overall had a pleasant stay and would stay here again if I were back in Jeju.
