Very friendly staff, they helped in arranging all transportation to move around in Seongsan. The hotel location is absolutely beautiful on the Seopjikoji peninsula, it has views comparable to all the best views of Seongsan Ilchulbong. Do not miss the hotel Korean restaurant.

Extremely comfortable bed, spacious room

It was very spacious and comfortable, tea, kettle and microwave provided. The bed was extremely comfortable. The environment was scenic and quiet and location near beautiful sights.

Facilities were dated, staff was scarce. The one person who was very helpful was in the check in office, he was very accommodating. I had to engage him multiple times for things that I expected in any hotel. If not for the location of the hotel, I would have left that same night. Also, please provide bi-lingual assistance. I could not use facilities without translator or help.

Great location! Reasonable price! Friendly staff! The property and room are quite primitive though. It is like a university dormitory. And the restaurants are overpriced. I’d still recommend this hotel/resort.

Only small towels (face towels) were provided when we first came. We had to request for big towels on the Phoenix chatbot. Chatbot was quite difficult to use as everything was in korean so we had to use a translator to communicate. The place have signs of wear but room was spacious. If you dont have a car, better not get a room here. The nearest bus stop is 15mins walk from the hotel and the buses there are very irregular, expect to wait 30mins to 1.5hr. Taxi drivers will pass by the bus stop to try to get customers. Tried the breakfast once and it was average. Do note that there is a separate bulding for checking in called 'Check in Centre' which is not known to taxi drivers and is not shown in naver map. Check in staff was helpful and tried their best to communicate in english, although they struggled. Only advantage of booking this place is that Seopjikoji is only a few mins walk from the hotel so you can enjoy the scenery.

Room has a few signs of wear, but still cleanly maintained. Surrounding area is beautiful, and the package deal was excellent that included a meal and lounge access. I will definitely choose this resort again for my family.

Very large resort w/ onsite dining. Enjoyed having a kitchen so we could cook our own breakfast & lunches. Disappointing that the pool was being renovated while we were there. Not many properties in Korea have pools available for guests, so it would have been nice.

We did not enjoy stay for many reasons. Breakfast is expensive. 5 start price but 3 star buffet spread. We thought we booked for 2 days breakfast for 5 pax but they insisted that we booked for only 2 persons for 2 days only. Why would we buy breakfast for 2 when there are 5 of us? The room did not come ready with bath towels. We had only face towels. Last but not least, the Korean restaurant only served set meals and insisted we order a set each when we are 5 small ladies with small appetite.

체크인 체크아웃 시스템이 편한 것과 섭지코지 가까운것을 제외하고는 잘 모르겠어요 머리카락과 털이 거실 화장실에 치워지지 않고 타일과 실리콘은 오래되어서 전부 곰팡이에 변기도 때가 있어요 야외 수영장도 물이 깨끗하지도 않고 방이 환기도 잘 안되어서 더운데 보일러 안틀면 찬물만 나왔어요 주차 차단기도 잘 안열릴때가 있었어요 그냥 단체 이용으로 오는 곳 같아요

가족여행으로 다녀왔습니다. 섭지코지하고도 가깝고 산책로도 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만.. 마지막날에 짐정리후에 아주 큰 바퀴벌레를 보는 순간... 호텔 청결면에서 신뢰도가 급하락 해버렸네요..ㅡㅡ 위생에 좀더 신경을 써주셨으면 합니다.
