Pretty nice hotel. The best part was their breakfast buffet. I also tried their dinner once, it was pretty good. It’s in a nice location as well, I’ll definitely stay here again.

New hotel next to a great shopping mall. Small, but offers clean room and great restraurants. Nice pool for kids. Only dislike is parking, space is not enough for all residents.

New hotel with excellent service in English
New hotel facilities within expectations of an aspiring 4 stars rating with a slight edge above a nearby similar rated hotel. Exceptional service staff in English ready to assist with a smile. Minor downsides to the reception design next to the circular staircase limits the lobby space to wait and to be attended and small pool which is easily crowded. A pity that I can’t open a window to allow fresh air at times. Other than these, a reasonable short term business hotel stay. Will return to stay in my next trip within this location.

Slept so well!
The room was a bit cold. Think the wind comes through the windowsills. It’s definitely one of the coldest day in Seoul as we are welcoming the winter season in Korea. I ordered a blanket which helped me to sleep well. Nice layout and love how shower + toilet is separated. Breakfast was one of the best! 👏

Enjoyed the stay! Nice and organized reception for check-in (early check-in available and less busier), and cozy room condition (comfort and clean). Had a chance to use the pool and gym. The pool was kind of well recognized facility of this hotel, but due to the vacation season and many family guests, it is more appropriate for kids paddling rather than real lap swimming even the lane is divided. Except for the swimming pool as a lap swimming, room and gym was satisfactory

The hotel was amazing! The staff were very friendly, the pool was great, and the room felt much larger than it was due to the wonderful design and layout. Everything was perfect, and the bed and shower were so comfortable! My family can't wait to go back!

1. The cleanliness of the hotel room was very poor. Dust was piled up on the closets and shelves, visible to the naked eye, and you could see dust flying with the slightest movement of the hangers. Additionally, the hinge of the shower room's glass door was broken, causing a tremendous noise when opening and closing it, and it did not close properly. Lastly, the toilet's handle was broken, trapping me inside for about 30 minutes. 2. I think the hotel's service response was lacking. When the bathroom door broke in the middle of the night, I urgently requested repairs, but after 20 minutes with no one showing up, I had to ask the reception again. They asked me back, "Hasn't the maintenance staff visited you yet?" making me feel embarrassed. When a guest is in discomfort, they should do their best to resolve the situation, but their attitude was very disappointing. However, the reason I gave five stars is because of the hotel's Room Director, 'Kim Sang-jin'. Leaving behind a bad stay of 2 nights and 3 days, the Room Director came to me at checkout and apologized sincerely for about 30 minutes. More than any service, a sincere apology was the most perfect reason to give five stars. If you are considering staying at this hotel, I would actively recommend it. The Room Director promised to maintain the best room condition, and I believe that any issues will always be handled politely and promptly.
