We had a great stay at SR Suites! It’s cozy, convenient and great and friendly staff! Rooms are spacious and clean and affordable for long stays! We were lucky enough to use their sauna! The only little drawback was it was a little dark but understood that is kind of a concept. Otherwise great stay!

As it was a long trip, love the facilities especially the washing machine n drier. Room are very spacious. However, limited staff with English speaking.

Against what they say, there is no functional gym on location. Had to pay to go to another gym. The bathroom was dirty and floor was peeling off. Nothing terrible, but a little surprising. Very helpful staff

Good location and welcoming to English-speakers. Breakfast is a little sparse but adequate. There's a kitchen you can use on the 10th floor, I wish I'd known that earlier in my 2-week stay!

I stayed 2 different rooms in 2 different stays. Only problem would be windows. There's no clear outside view. Everything else was amazing. Room has styler. Bring your suits and coats and clean with styler, it works very well.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I thought it was a nice touch that a couple of the outlets had built in plug adaptors. If you need a converter, you’ll still need to use one - but if your device can handle 100-240v, you can just plug it in.

4 nights of business trip at Hotel ST
It was my business trip for 4 nights. Bed and shower are good and clean. Also, breakfast is good. However, closet is too small and there was no drawers and security deposit box, so I had to keep my stuff in the luggage. I wish they can improve this aspect.

Big rooms and nice staff
The hotel has very large space in the guest room. I got the corner room, so I was really surprised to see a good sitting area and a large tv. There is also a big jaccuzzi. However, when you start to check the closets, you will find the end table, and the dresser are nicely made outside, but fake as there is no drawers. The jaccuzzi has no power, so you can only use it as a soaking tub. In any case, it is roomy, but strange. Breakfast is included and they do change the menu everyday. The hotel is very conveniently located to the restaurants and close to the train station. They also have a free shuttle to send guest to the bus station. Be ware that in this part of town, people don't speak much English. Even the hotel staff would prefer to bring us to where we want to go(eat dinner) than explaining the directions. If I go to this neighborhood again, I would stay in it. This is for business travel. So, close to the meeting facility is my first priority.
