"The EA was really well situated. Near to bus stops and subways, and within easy walking distance of the main central areas. Staff were incredibly helpful and always positive in their Support. The swimming pool was very welcome after a hard day walking. The room was very clean, well organised and the bed was wonderful."

"Great stay at Lotte City Myeongdong - and would stay here again or recommend to friends visiting Seoul for the first time. Just located slightly away for the busiest parts of Myeongdong so perfect to come back to and walk about from. Check-in was easy and the staff allowed us to check in 3 hours early which was perfect. Room was clean and tidy with the expected amenities. Only thing missing was an iron but there is an ironing room on the 3rd floor. Bathroom is a good size with a modern Japanese-style toilet. A perfect stay all around!"

"Helpful staff, beautiful room, close to food court and restaurants, shops, and cafes. Excellent gym and sauna. Floor outside can be very slippery when wet, so need to be extra careful."
