I stayed in Lodge A with a great outdoor patio close to my room. I chose a small single room with washroom which was perfect. The location is ideal, central to local markets, the cable car to Seoul Tower and easy access to transit and the Airport Express bus which are all around Myeongdong Station. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Near Myeongdong , train station line 4 with all the underground shops , only 2 stops away from Seoul station , airport bus across from the main street , basic Bfast serving (toast ,cereals & hot/cold drinks , thankful for the extra pillows + thick duvet and AC , Netflix (sign in with your account ). Helpful staff , safe area , many shops to buy meals,snacks and drinks & souveniers , just a walk to get a statue like of Gungdam robot and the tower for background pic on the opposite side of the street . Will stay here again for value and convenience .

In a nice area! Staff is friendly and helped us with the air conditioning as we couldn’t figure it out. Really close to the main shopping street and many food options nearby. Would definitely recommend :)

Location is good near myeongdong station but you have to go through the slope a little bit. There are convenient stores and marts nearby the hotel. Room is new and cozy. Bed and Blanket are new and comfortable.

Besides being on a hill (for luggage hauling purposes) the property was great, small, perfect for a solo traveler, it was surrounded by coffee shops, shopping central- till your heart is content. They offer laundry service and fully dry your clothes! Thank you guys at the front desk!! Pic is of a scale they have at the desk!!

Smelly and noisy - still a reasonable option

There was a strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom and the soundproofing is nonexistent. Also, if you ask them for a taxi, the only option is a pricier larger taxi and the driver's card reader is "out of battery" - probably so that he could avoid paying taxes by taking cash payment. Also, the outdoor photos are taken in a flattering way. Not false, but flattering. The laundry service worked well and the staff had good availability. The location is good if you want to stay in Myeongdong. The cable car to Namsan is right up the hill and recommended. The kbbq place nearby was ridiculously overpriced compared to restaurants elsewhere in Seoul. I would personally recommend staying in Bukchon (better vibes neaeby) or Seoul Station (for connectivity) instead. Otherwise, everything is as expected for this type of accommodation.
