とても親切な方々でした。
お部屋は寝るだけなら問題なく、部屋にトイレとシャワーがついてこのお値段ならとてもいいかなと思います。
ただし、階段しかないので5階まであがるには重たいキャリーで行くのはオススメし ません。

シングルルームでシャワーとトイレ付きでこの値段はほんと安いです
近くには24時間営業のお店も多く駅からもまぁまぁちかいです。
チェックイン、チェックアウトはカトクでのやり取りだったので助かりました
チェックイン遅くなっても大丈夫だったのでほんと助かりした
4泊したのですがタオルが1枚だけというのは少しあれでした。
あと朝早くから何かを叩く音がして目が覚めてしまいました。

新村ど真ん中のコシテル
新村駅からすぐで、飲食店街のど真ん中にあるコシテル。
予約時にものすごく丁寧な案内メール（英文）が来るので絶対迷わないと思います。
そのメールに入口ドアの秘密番号があるので、覚えていかないと入れません。
施設は2階より上でエレベーターが無いので、大きなトランクは避けた方が良いかも。
スタッフさんは英語で対応してくれました。
共同キッチンにライス、キムチ、ラーメン、インスタントコーヒー常備。洗濯機もあります。
内装は所謂普通のコシテル。周辺は繁華街で すが、特にうるさいこともなかったです。
他の部屋の物音も聞こえませんでした。
ベッドは広くなく固いですけど必要十分。テレビと冷蔵庫もあります。
アメニティは、タオルとトイレットペーパーと固形石鹸はあります。
床やタオルに長い髪の毛が散見されたので、几帳面な方は雑巾やタオル、スリッパ等持参した方がいいかもです。
滞在2日目にスタッフさんからサンドイッチの差し入れを頂きました。美味しかったです。

숙소 위치는 지하철과 가깝지 않았지만 그렇게 멀지도 않았습니다. 또한 근처에 편의점이 있어서 편했고 주위에 늦게까지 하는 가게가 있어 늦은 시간 귀가에 안심할 수 있었습니다. 물론 방음 부분에서는 좋지않았지만 방마다 차이가 있다는 점.
청결 부분에선 나쁘지 않았습니다.
침대 부분에서 한 쪽이 유독 꺼져있었고 이리 저리 누우면 삐걱거렸습니다.
이모님께서 너무 친절하셔서 삼일 잘 묵을 수 있었습니다 :) 마실 것 또한 감사했구요ෆ

地點鄰近MTR，房東友善能說英語
房東友善能說英語，地點很好，鄰近新村站，步行約6-8分鐘(訂房後，房東提供交通訊息，資料很清晰、貼心，好容易找到)比我之前住過的單人房環境潔淨，設 備算新而不殘舊，而且不算細了(打開行李箱後仍然有空間行走)，最重要的是有一張很長的桌子，可以放很多雜物，電腦椅也很舒服，買東西回來吃也很舒適。第一晚發現電視搖控器沒反應(太夜了沒通知房東)，第二天剛好房東說要請我吃東西，就跟他說了搖控器問題，立刻就幫我換了電池。房內衣櫃、雜物架充足，適合住好幾晚的遊客，而且有掛鉤，方便掛毛巾，衣服等....唯一美中不足是床有點硬，枕頭太扁不夠高。
下次個人遊的話，會再入住。

宿泊施設というよりコシテル
昔韓国に住んでいたのでチェックインに韓国語のみでも、施設がコシテルでも、私は不便はなかったのですが
トイレットペーパーとタオルを自分で準備しなければならず、予約の際にわかっていれば持って行けたと思うと少し残念です。
滞在中は洗濯も出来、部屋に物干しやハンガー収納もあったので快適でまた滞在したいのですが、ベットが硬いのと部屋にエアコンがなかったので少なくとも夏の間は避けたいと思います。
