Great location, walkable to main attractions from the hotel. Hotel is an old hotel but it has been maintained well. Room is big and bathroom is ok. Nothing fancy. Staff are ok. Nobody bothers you (don't expect a greeting as such as you leave or enter). I would stay here again only for the location and budget.

Location is perfect and walkable to major attractions, hotel itself is a bit old/aging, but is simple and clean; hotel staff is very polite but speaks little English; there are lots of local restaurants ( but the good ones are hiding at the back alley. Overall we have a good stay.

The lobby gives the wrong impression, it’s nice clean spacious, but the rooms are tiny and traditional Korean style. They are clean but a little old. Could use some updating. The are far better hotels in the are for the same price.

I had a pleasant 4-night stay in a clean, quiet room with excellent internet connectivity. The room's heating and cooling were efficient, offering individual thermostat control for personalized comfort. The bathroom featured hot water with good shower pressure and a toilet bidet, enhancing the overall experience. However, I felt the price was slightly high for the value offered. My only real disappointment was the breakfast, which was underwhelming and not recommended.

The hotel location is very good for the price. Room is spacious. However the washroom is very old, the sink is too low for me to do hygiene. My height is 5 ft 4 inches. When I enter the room, the old smell is very strong.

Pro’s – Decent room with huge fridge, good vantage point and pretty walkable to food, attractions, subway, airport Limo bus, night market shopping and food on street with international brands, with full 3rd party gym access. Con’s – For a “tourist hotel” as advertised front desk was limited in English both in number of staff and breadth of understanding. Otherwise great mountain view from 30 floor was marred by really dirty windows. Bathroom was dated with inexplicable mad engineer designed shower/tub faucet. I’m pretty sure the plumbing leaked UP after a shower, from below the tile - at least it was clear fluid! Hotel seems to me to be a lesser version of a former glory with apparent rental office within and a laundry room like an apartment. Across from city hall so always a heavy police presence and protest could be heard from time to time Seoul in general- Clean (despite lack of street garbage bins) very safe, extensive subway but very challenging to find an escalator on the subway that goes top to bottom which can be a few layers below ground with long walks inside to connect from one line to another

No assistance for our luggages. The ramp is so scary to bring the luggages. No one will assist you . At your own risk when you roll your luggage to the font of the hotel .

I like that the rooms are somewhat more spacious than some of the hotels in the area in the same price range. The TV's programs are lacking in that you are not able to get CNN and Netflix.

The window frame has mold growing on it, making it difficult to see out of the window due to a buildup of dirt on the exterior. There are dangerous electrical plugs located behind the nightstand, and the outlet is dangling. The service provided by the front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful when asked for assistance.

The hotel’s location is very convenient and walkable to and from famous tourist destinations such as Deoksugung palace, myeongdong market, namdaemun market, namsan tower, insadong street, etc. I’m overall disappointed and unsatisfied during the whole duration of my stay here. Here’s a list of issues we’ve had about our room. 1. Bed linens were not changed even though we visibly put the “change bed linens” card on the bed. 2. Carpets/flooring were clearly not vacuumed. 3. We found a bug on the carpet. 4. Internet connection was too slow and we couldn’t even make use of the t.v.as it was having trouble connecting. Although the staffs were nice, I don’t think I would consider staying again in this property in the future.

The property is conveniently located near a train station (~5mins walk). And about ~10mins walk to Myeongdong. As soon as we arrived to the hotel, we were able to go to Myeongdong night market. Airport bus stop is like 3 mins walk which is a big plus! Will definitely stay again when I come back to Seoul!

The location was excellent. Your within walking distance of many of the main sites and the subway is right outside your door. Also, regarding getting back and forth to the airport, there’s a bus that drops you off at the hotel next-door and can pick you up so that’s very convenient. I would also say the staff was very friendly and it was very clean. However, although the lobby was fine, my room had a lot of very outdated furniture that seem to be from the 1980s or the 1990s. The room was still very clean and they took very good care of everything so it wasn’t that big a deal to me. Also, I couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat down in my room a it kept resetting to 25 degrees - and the light kept turning on randomly in the middle of the night and I couldn’t figure out how to get it to stop.
