Pro’s – Decent room with huge fridge, good vantage point and pretty walkable to food, attractions, subway, airport Limo bus, night market shopping and food on street with international brands, with full 3rd party gym access.
Con’s – For a “tourist hotel” as advertised front desk was limited in English both in number of staff and breadth of understanding. Otherwise great mountain view from 30 floor was marred by really dirty windows. Bathroom was dated with inexplicable mad engineer designed shower/tub faucet. I’m pretty sure the plumbing leaked UP after a shower, from below the tile - at least it was clear fluid! Hotel seems to me to be a lesser version of a former glory with apparent rental office within and a laundry room like an apartment. Across from city hall so always a heavy police presence and protest could be heard from time to time
Seoul in general- Clean (despite lack of street garbage bins) very safe, extensive subway but very challenging to find an escalator on the subway that goes top to bottom which can be a few layers below ground with long walks inside to connect from one line to another
