It was impossible to contact the staff in a timely manner. The fire alarm went off and no one was there to assist us. There are only small towels provided. Otherwise everything else was OK.

Có hướng dẫn trước khi check in nhưng không nghi rõ lý do đã dẫn đến hiểu nhầm, người dùng nghĩ rằng có bộ phận lễ tân để check in trực tiếp, và đã không liên lạc trước theo hướng dẫn. Cục gắn phía dưới điều hoà thỉnh thoảng chạy, mỗi lần chạy kêu rất to dẫn đến mất ngủ. Nguyện vọng thay loại điều hoà khác. Có máy giặt và sấy là điểm mạnh của hotel này.

地図の場所と実際の場所がずれていて、到着までに時間がかかった。部屋は狭め。困ることはなかったが下の階で廊下から部屋のフロアに入れなくなり困っている他のお客さんがいた。スタッフがいないので、何かあったら大変だと思った。

위치 좋고 친절하지만 그게 다임. 가격이 호텔급이면 뭔가 다른가 싶었지만 방도 좁고 방에 있는건 아무것도 없음. 냉장고도 없고 티비도 없음. 2층침대,애매한 화장대,문없는 옷장이 전부이고 다른 공간도 없음. 오래된 허름한 건물 내부만 리모델링 한건데 그래서인지 물도 잘 안내려감. 리뷰나 설명은 조식이 좋다고 되어있는데 조식이라는게 그냥 우유,싸구려씨리얼,식빵에 토스트 기계가 전부임. 지금까지 가족여행 숙소 중 최악이었음. 돈이 정말 아깝다. 외국인들은 이런 곳에도 그러려니 하고 있는지 몰라도 한국인은 이런데 만족 못할걸? 특히나 이 가격이라면 화가 날걸? 호텔스닷컴 리뷰도 믿으면 안된다는 거 알았고 호텔스닷컴 신뢰도 까지 떨어짐. 앞으로 hotels.com 자체를 왠만하면 이용 안할 생각.
