The hotel has kindly free upgraded my room so that we can have more space for the baby crib and all the luggages. The residence was very nice and comfortable. Location is very convenient. The playhouse is very kids friendly as well. Highly recommended for families.

It was a very spacious and clean room. Since there is also a pool and gym, it's nice to spend time just in the hotel as well. It's also just a short walk to the Design Plaza, so it's perfect for enjoying the night market and other attractions.

Ice is a menu item? Booked this hotel for my birthday and it was ruined. They “upgraded” me to the fourth floor… where my bedroom was easily seen from the ground. And there’s no view, the neighborhood is not exactly a great view. The overhead shower massively leaked which drowned my entire bathroom. I complained and got switched to a better room. Though the bathroom always smelled of pee. Other amenities were ok. Cannot complain about staff, they were accommodating in a situation that (seemed) wasn’t their fault. Can’t get over Ice being a menu item though… Would not recommend and would not stay here again.
