Family vacation

Great hotel. The staff was was so helpful and location is so close to the subway entrances. First time in South Korea and was easy to find our way back while walking or riding the subway. Room was big with a really nice view. Kids really enjoyed it. So much room for them to be kids.

Plus plus is the free laundry! With this we were able to carry less clothes and had clean clothes for our upcomming cruise !!! It really helped a lot! And the location is perfect with lots if restaurant options and proximity to tourists areas!

Expediaの当該ホテルの案内文には日本語対応スタッフがいると聞いていましたが、一度もいませんでした。主に英語か翻訳アプリで対応してもらいましたが、概ね親切で安心しました。良かった点サービスが予想より良かった。例えば、歯磨きセット、タオル、ペットボトル飲料水が用意され、補充された。また、ベッドメイキングやランドリーサービスを１日１回無料で利用できた。他にも立地が駅や飲食店、コンビニエンスストアが近くにあり旅行の拠点としては最高だと感じた。しかし、改善して欲しいと感じた点もあった。主に二つ。一つは、浴室の排水能力が非常に弱い。シャワーを利用した後、しばらく水が引かず、利用できなかった。もう一つは、部屋の匂い。独特の匂いが強く、苦手な匂いだった。埃も残っていたりして、掃除が行き届いていないなと感じた。

3泊4日3名でファミリースイートに宿泊しました。ホテルの目の前の大きな交差点を渡ると市庁駅8番出口がすぐですが、エスカレーターがないためキャリーケース等がある場合は9番出口から出ることをオススメします。立地はものすごく良いと思いました。明洞までは徒歩10分程度緩やかな坂が続きますが...ホテルの方の対応もものすごくよかったです。LINEで連絡先を登録し何かあれば英語か韓国語でやりとりをしました。部屋の設備はシャワー室＋トイレ×1つ、シャワー室1つ、部屋3部屋(ダブルベッド)、キッチン(お皿、カトラリー、コップ有り)、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫がありました。シェアハウスみたいな感じがすごくよかったです。また利用したいと思います！

何よりも、お部屋が最高すぎる！高級マンションの一室のようでした！空室があり無料でランクアップしてもらい、サウナがついていて、子供以上に私が大興奮！スタッフは日本語は難しいですが、英語が可能なようなので簡単な会話は出来ましたし、何だったら翻訳アプリがあれば何ら問題なし。強いていうなら、タクシー運転手がホテルの場所がわからない人がほとんどなので、住所を見せて行ってもらうのがベストです。ホテルの名前を伝えると、違う店舗に連れて行かれましたw

숙소에서 편안하게 친구들과 잘 쉬었습니다 역에서 가깝고 너무 좋았으나, 사진과 달리 생각보다 숙소가 작았습니다 4인실인데 화장실이 너무 작은거 하나 있어서 놀랬고, 화장실 배수가 안좋아서 샤워하다 물빠질때 까지 기다리다 씻고..기다리다 씻고..하..고쳐달라고 했으나 그대로 이고...좀...숙소깨끗한긴함.

예쁜 신축 호텔. 하지만 편리함은 별도.

위치가 좋고 인테리어가 깔끔하며 다이닝 룸이 따로 있는 것이 장점. 그러나 다이닝룸이 따로 있지만 냉장고가 없음. 그리고 욕실이 상상 이상으로 좁고 배수가 불량하여 샤워 중 몇 번씩 멈췄다 씻어야 욕실 물이 넘치는 것을 막을 수 있었음. 프론트 직원에게 문의하니 배수구에 용해제를 부어주었지만 별로 도움은 되지 않음. 애초에 배수구 자체가 예쁘기만 하고 배수라는 본래 기능에 적합하지 않음.

아쉬운 점도 있었지만 결론적으로 추천

장점: -정말 넓고 가구나 시설도 새것에 세련된 방을 말도 안 될 정도로 좋은 가격에 이용할 수 있었음. -단점에서 언급된 부분들 말고는 깨끗함. -주위에 덕수궁, 시청역 등 볼거리나 교통편이 잘 되어 있음. 주위가 약간 유흥가였는데 이건 사람에 따라 장점이 될 수도 단점이 될 수도. 단점: -새로 지어져서 머리가 약간 아플 정도로 새집 냄새가 났음. -샤워실에서 물이 너무 안 내려가고 급기야 샤워부스 내에 1cm 이상 고이길래 이상해서 수챗구멍을 보니 가족들 머리카락이 분명히 아닌 긴 머리카락이 끝도 없이 나왔음. 그걸 빼니 물이 잘 내려감. -거실 커튼 뒤편에 앞의 투숙객이 벗어놓고 간 듯한 까만 양말 한 켤레도 발견됨. 이건 청소 중 미처 못 발견했을 수 있다고 생각함. -넷플릭스가 된다는 정보를 보고 예약했는데 넷플릭스 연결되지 않음. 양말은 프론트에 전화했더니 바로 수거해 가 주셨고, 넷플릭스도 직원 분 또 부르기 좀 그래서 사양했지만 전화로 문의했더니 올라와서 확인해 주시겠다고 함. 총평: 새집 냄새가 좀 가시고, 수챗구멍 청소만 제대로 된다면 정말 좋은 호텔임. 단점도 썼지만 그럼에도 불구하고 추천함.
