"NEGATIVE: confusing when we got there since Lobby is at the 21st floor and no concierge at the first floor. With 6 luggages between 4 guests, no one to help bring the luggages in and up to the lobby. There was no automatic door so dragging the luggages through the door is a bad first impression. ..."
