And on the last day of my stay the water came out very dirty & I was disappointed as hotel didnot react immediately, we called 3 times & they took action after we came down to the front desk. " Our stay was for 4 nights & overall our stay was good. Night 1 & 2 the centrally controlled balcony light was turned off by 10pm. Night 3 it wasn’t turned off until 3am. Night 4, I called reception at midnight & asked for the light to be turned off. Was told ‘Yes’. Never happened, it went off at 3am. The volume was showing maximum however you could barely hear it, especially with the live music from the BSB stage next to the hotel. A staff member brought a specific remote for the tv & adjusted...

"The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊"
