"I heard that this building was recently renovated. I don't know what it was like before, but now it is outstanding. For another trip I stayed at a rental home in town for the kitchen facilities, and found it paled in comparison to the Quality Inn. Their breakfast was a healthy mixture of items. Their staff was incredibly friendly. They even held packages for me that arrived late, after my stay, and store deliveries that were sent to the wrong address (theirs). Truly the kindest and most hardworking family I've had the pleasure of interacting with in a long time. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and comfortable, with perfect pillows and bedding, no visible signs of wear or tear within the room as is so often the case with similar chains. I cannot say enough how much I appreciated that the staff were all on point and communicated with one another, so none of my requests or inquiries were passed off with the typical "Oh, that was another shift so I don't know/am not willing to do anything about it" type answers that I've regularly received in this area. The location, too, was great, with the perfect in-between location for all things near the CN complex versus all things downtown. I will absolutely be staying here again."

"We had little ants in our room, let the front desk know and they sent the maintenance man up to spray for the ants. It helped for a while but the ants were still around, kinda thought they would offer us a different room but they didn’t instead they sprayed again. The smell wasn’t bad but still overpowering. Otherwise the stay wasn’t bad."

"This hotel is always a reliably comfortable, pretty clean stay with wonderful friendly staff. The only issue was that I reacted badly to the fragrance they have piping through the hotel and it made me cough a lot during my whole stay. It’s very unfortunate because it’s not the staff’s fault, but it’ll make it difficult for me to stay here in the future. Please consider lessening the fragrance, as I’m sure there are other guests as well who are allergic."

"We only received two towels. Women alone use two towels. One for hair, one to dry. The towels were very thin. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers didn’t work other than that property was very clean but don’t think I will be staying there again"
